Real Estate Transaction Analysis in Taipei City
Introduction
This project aims to identify trends, patterns, and insights in the Taipei real estate market during the first year of the COVID-19 outbreak. The visualization highlights the most demanded areas and pricing differences across city districts
Key Highlights
Employed SQL to conduct a data manipulation process such as filling out incomplete data and transformation on data format.
Utilized various advanced calculation and aggregation techniques within Tableau to create visually impactful visualizations.
Data Cleaning & Preparation SQL
- Added transaction ID column to each transaction row.
- Filled out null cells for complete and insightful visualization.
- Converted the year column data to Gregorian year format.
